Fuck the Flood: Vermont Farm Flood Relief Fundraiser

In the wake of the devastating floods of 2023, Fiona of Wolfpeach envisioned an extraordinary communal dinner beneath the stars, set in a meadow. Our role was to bring this vision to life through meticulous visual design and immersive experiences. To bring our illustrious design to life, we collaborated with local flower farmers, sourced hundreds of candles, and curated a vast collection of antiques to create a magical ambiance.

With just 19 days to prep, and with the support of more than 50 volunteers and businesses, we transformed the meadow into an enchanting dining space, hosting a 9-course meal for 250 guests. Each element, from the lighting to the décor, was crafted to evoke a sense of wonder and connection. This event not only celebrated the power of community but also raised over $20,000 for the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont (NOFA-VT) Farmer Emergency Fund. Featured in Edible Vermont’s Vermont Strong 2023 edition, this project stands as a powerful illustration of creating unforgettable, immersive experiences in support of a greater cause.
